MakeMyKankotri is a self-service tool for invitation creators ("Users"). When a User adds guest information (names, phone numbers, relationships) to their invitation, that data is provided by the User and stored on our platform on the User's behalf.

MakeMyKankotri acts as a data processor for guest data — we store and process it solely per the User's instructions
The User (invitation creator) is solely responsible for ensuring they have a legitimate basis to enter and share their guests' personal information, including any applicable consents or permissions required under applicable law
We do not independently collect personal data from guests; guest contact details are entered entirely by the User
Guests who receive invitation links are visiting User-created content; their interaction data (page views, RSVP responses, audio play counts) is collected and made available to the User for their analytics

1.4 Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns
Device & Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers

You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consents or permissions from the individuals whose data you enter as guests on our platform
You confirm that you have a legitimate personal or social reason (such as an existing personal relationship or event invitation) to contact each guest you add
You will not use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or communications to individuals who have not given you a basis to be contacted
MakeMyKankotri is not responsible for how you use guest data or for any claims arising from your sharing of invitations with third parties

We provide the platform tool; appropriate and lawful use is the sole responsibility of the User.
